From October 15 to 22, 2024, 36 participants gathered in the beautiful village of Murzasichle, Poland, for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange program titled “All About Leadership 2.” Young people from Poland 🇵🇱, Latvia 🇱🇻, Ukraine 🇺🇦, Armenia 🇦🇲, Türkiye 🇹🇷, and Serbia 🇷🇸 joined forces in this cross-cultural exchange, organized by EUROMED EVE POLSKA and co-funded by the European Union. The project was made possible with support from partner organizations across the participating countries.
Reflecting on my experience, I can confidently say that the Youth Exchange was truly unforgettable. The program taught us about leadership in a hands-on, non-formal setting, allowing us to gain valuable insights through practical exercises and group discussions. Working in international teams, I not only developed leadership skills but also improved my English and gained a deeper appreciation for cultural diversity. Each day was an opportunity to learn something new, whether about leadership strategies or the unique traditions of my fellow participants.
The project was full of enriching activities that helped me build confidence, foster teamwork, and develop respect for our differences. It was inspiring to see how diverse perspectives can come together to create a shared vision. Alongside newfound skills, I made lasting friendships and have countless memories of shared moments and laughter. I am grateful for the chance to explore the scenic beauty of Poland and immerse myself in an environment that encouraged both personal and professional growth.
Thank you, Erasmus+ and all the partner organizations, for one of the most impactful experiences of my life. This Youth Exchange opened my mind, expanded my skills, and instilled in me the motivation to lead and inspire others in my community.
